The Deputy Manager for the children’s home will support the Registered Manager in leading and managing the children’s home according to the ethos and approach of the organisation, ensuring that outcomes and high-quality care are delivered according to the home’s statement of purpose.
Be an appropriate role model to children in the home and help meet their practical needs by providing support, advice, and assistance. To help children address their problems, concerns, and previous trauma and work with them to achieve health, well-being, and education outcomes, enabling them to reach their full potential. To support children to prepare for future independence and self-sufficiency.

If you already have this qualification or complete it and would like to start a career in residential management, we also enrol our teams onto the NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
